1 Delivery times

Orders are dispatched on business days. If a product shows green availability, it is physically in our warehouse and ready to ship.

• Poland: 1–3 business days — in-stock products often arrive within 1–2 days.
• European Union: 3–14 business days — in most cases significantly faster.
• Orders placed before approx. 12:30 CET on business days are often shipped the same day.
• During peak periods (sales, holidays) delivery times may be extended.

2 Carriers & oversized transport

We select the carrier based on the type and size of the shipment — ensuring safe and timely delivery.

• Standard parcels — DPD, InPost, and other trusted operators.
• Oversized items (hoods, bumpers, body kits, exhaust systems, off-road parts) — pallet transport with delivery to your address.
• Every shipment is properly secured against damage in transit.

3 Shipment tracking

You will receive a tracking number by e-mail once your order has been dispatched. Check the current status on the carrier's website.

• Check your spam / promotions folder — confirmation e-mails sometimes end up there.
• If you don't see a tracking number within 24 hours of the shipping notification — contact us and we'll help.

4 Important delivery information

• Make sure your address and phone number are correct — the driver may contact you to arrange delivery details.
• If the courier cannot reach anyone at the address, they will typically attempt redelivery the next business day.
• After failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to the sender.
• Upon receipt, check the packaging condition. If you notice visible damage — file a damage report with the courier.
