Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Below you will find the rules, deadlines, and how to submit your request.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit a withdrawal statement — no reason required. Simply send us an e-mail with your order number.

1 Withdrawal period

  • You have 14 days to submit a withdrawal statement.
  • The period starts from the day you (or a person you designated) received the parcel.
  • It is enough to send the statement before the deadline — no confirmation is needed.
  • For orders shipped in multiple packages, the period starts from the delivery of the last one.

2 How to submit a withdrawal

You can use our template form or write the statement yourself. Make sure it includes your order number, contact details, and a clear declaration of withdrawal.

The fastest way is by e-mail — we will reply with instructions and a return address.

3 Returning the goods

  • Ship the product back no later than 14 days after submitting your statement.
  • The product should be properly secured for transit — ideally in its original packaging.
  • Include your order number or proof of purchase (printout / note) in the package.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless agreed otherwise.

4 Refund

  • We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement.
  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of shipment.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
  • If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest option available, the cost difference may not be refunded.

5 Responsibility for decreased value

You may inspect the product the same way you would in a physical store. However, if you used it beyond what is necessary for a standard inspection, you may be liable for any decrease in value.

  • Signs of installation, damage, or missing components may reduce the refund amount.
  • Painted or delicate parts should be returned with proper protection.

6 Exceptions — when withdrawal does not apply

According to applicable law, the right of withdrawal may not apply in cases such as:

  • Products made to individual specifications (e.g. personalized / custom-built).
  • Goods that have been inseparably combined with other items after delivery.
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons (if applicable).
