USA car import – auction, shipping & paperwork

We find and bid on vehicles at Copart and IAAI auctions, arrange inland transport to a US port, ocean freight to Europe, customs clearance including duty, excise and VAT, and prepare all documents required for vehicle registration. You pay each cost directly (car, shipping, taxes), and the VetteZone service fee is agreed individually.

Optional comprehensive collision repair or preparation for further performance modifications.

We handle the complete car import from the USA, A to Z. You can pay individual costs yourself or let us manage everything. The imported car is repaired in our workshop and we execute a custom build project – from bodywork restoration to engine, suspension and exhaust upgrades using our own parts.

Ocean freight & export documentation

We arrange vehicle pickup, inland transport to a US port and container ocean freight to Europe. We prepare all export documents required for EU customs clearance.

Customs clearance, excise & VAT

We handle customs clearance at the European port. We settle the import duty (6.5%), excise tax (3.1% or 18.6% depending on engine displacement) and VAT (23%). All customs and tax formalities are managed on your behalf.

Delivery & vehicle handover with documents

We deliver the car to your location or to our workshop. You receive a complete set of documents needed for vehicle registration in Poland: title of ownership, customs documents, excise and VAT payment confirmations.

Repair & performance modifications (optional)

As part of the All-Inclusive package or as a separate service, we perform comprehensive collision repair, full bodywork restoration and performance modifications – engine, suspension, exhaust system and aero upgrades using parts from the VetteZone store.

Yes – we help analyse listings and check vehicle history by VIN number. You can point to a specific car or describe your preferences (model, year, budget), and we will find the best options on Copart and IAAI.

To register a vehicle imported from the USA you need: Certificate of Title, Bill of Sale, customs clearance documents (SAD/PZC), excise tax payment confirmation, vehicle inspection certificate and VAT payment confirmation.
