VetteZone Terms & Conditions
These Terms set out the rules for using the service and the conditions of sale operated by
Calis Software Krystian Kalinowski via the online store available at
vettezone.eu (the “Online Store”), including the rules for providing electronic services.
VetteZone is a commercial brand, while the Seller (the legal entity contracting with Customers)
is Calis Software Krystian Kalinowski.

1. Definitions
- Business days – Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
- Online Store – the store available at vettezone.eu.
- Brand – VetteZone as a commercial brand name.
- Seller – Calis Software Krystian Kalinowski, the contracting party to sales agreements.
- Customer – any person/entity using the Store or placing an order.
- Consumer – a natural person acting outside their trade/business/profession.
- Entrepreneur – an entity acting within their trade/business/profession.
- Account – Customer panel created after registration (optional).
- Goods – products offered in the Store.
- Sales contract – a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
- Delivery – shipment to the Customer or personal pickup.
- Durable medium – a medium allowing information to be stored and reproduced unchanged.
2. General provisions
- These Terms govern using the Store, placing orders, prepaid payments, delivery, complaints, returns, and electronic services.
- Minimum technical requirements: Internet device, up-to-date browser, active e-mail, cookies and JavaScript enabled.
- The Store uses cookies to operate properly and improve user experience; details are in the Privacy/Cookies Policy.
- Unlawful content and use contrary to law, good practices or third-party rights are prohibited.
- The Seller never asks for passwords; Customers should maintain reasonable security measures.
3. Registration & Account
- Registration is voluntary and free. Orders may be placed without registration.
- During registration, the Customer provides required data and sets a password.
- Upon confirmation, an electronic service agreement for maintaining an Account is concluded.
- The Customer may request Account deletion; deletion may take up to 14 days.
4. Orders & contract
- Orders can be placed 24/7 via the Store.
- The Customer adds Goods to cart, selects delivery and payment, and confirms with a payable-order button.
- Before submitting the order, the Customer is informed about total price (Goods + delivery) and any additional costs.
- Submitting an order constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract.
- The contract is concluded once the Seller confirms acceptance for processing (e-mail).
- The Seller may refuse an order for justified reasons (e.g., stock issues, obvious pricing/description errors, non-payment, suspected abuse).
5. Payments
- Prices are gross prices (incl. VAT) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are prepaid only. Cash on delivery is not offered.
- Available payment methods include bank transfer and online/card payments (depending on Store configuration).
- If payment is not received within a reasonable time, the Seller may cancel the order.
6. Delivery
- The Seller delivers Goods free from defects.
- Estimated processing and delivery times are shown in the Store (product page/cart).
- Carrier selection depends on size/type of Goods:
- larger items: InPost or DPD,
- smaller parcels: various available delivery options as shown in checkout.
- Shipment confirmation and tracking may be provided where available.
- Customers should inspect parcels upon delivery; in case of damage, prepare a damage report (if possible) and contact the Seller with photos.
7. Complaints & statutory rights
- The Seller is liable towards Consumers under applicable law for conformity/defects.
- Complaints can be submitted to contact@vettezone.eu or in writing to the Seller’s address.
- Recommended: order number, issue description, photos/video, requested remedy.
- The Seller responds within 14 days from receiving a complete complaint (for Consumers).
8. Seller’s own warranty
- The Seller provides a 12-month own warranty for Goods unless the product page states otherwise.
- The warranty covers defects attributable to the Goods and revealed within the warranty period.
- The warranty excludes mechanical damage, improper installation/use, modifications, and normal wear & tear.
- Warranty claims should be sent to contact@vettezone.eu with order number and documentation (photos/video).
- This warranty does not exclude or limit statutory Consumer rights.
9. Withdrawal (returns)
- A Consumer may withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
- The period starts when the Consumer takes possession of the Goods.
- Withdrawal may be submitted by e-mail to contact@vettezone.eu or in writing; order number is recommended.
- Returns address: 3 Maja 12, 07-415 Olszewo-Borki, Poland.
- Refund is made within 14 days; the Seller may withhold it until receiving the returned Goods or proof of dispatch.
- The Consumer bears the direct return shipping cost unless law provides otherwise.
- The Consumer is liable for diminished value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to inspect the Goods.
10. Electronic services
- The Seller provides electronic services such as Account, contact form, newsletter (if available) and Store features.
- Complaints regarding electronic services: contact@vettezone.eu. Response within 14 days.
- Access may be temporarily limited due to technical/security reasons.
11. User content
- If reviews are enabled, the Customer is responsible for published content.
- Unlawful, abusive, infringing or spam/promotional content is prohibited.
- The Seller may remove content violating these Terms or law.
12. Reporting infringements
- Reports of infringements or unlawful content should be sent to contact@vettezone.eu.
- The Seller will take reasonable steps to verify and, if needed, remove the content.
13. Personal data
- Personal data and cookies rules are described in the Privacy Policy available in the Store.
14. Termination
- The Customer may terminate electronic services at any time by ceasing use or contacting the Seller.
- The Seller may block an Account in case of abuse, security breaches or actions harming the Store.
15. Final provisions
- Polish law applies. Disputes are settled by competent common courts.
- The Seller may amend these Terms for important reasons (law changes, Store functionality). Orders placed before changes remain governed by previous terms.
- These Terms enter into force on 10 May 2026.
